Protection when inserting and removing through protective distance

The plate has an auxiliary and a limit marking.

– The auxiliary marking is a dotted line at least 525 mm from the rear edge of the plate.
This marking must not be crossed when placing the insulating protective plate.

– The limit marking is a solid line and is considered to be the limit of the handling of the protective part. This marking must not be crossed when inserting the plate and, when the insulating protective plate is inserted, must be at least 525 mm away from live parts.

The A1 design is suitable for switchgear cells in which the plate can be conveniently inserted by hand with the cell door open.

Please note:
In systems with a small installation depth, the plate could protrude into the service corridor. In this case, a different design should be selected.

Version with handle holes
(up to 1m panel width 1 handle hole,
from 1m panel width 2 handle holes)

Version with handle edge
(also serves as a reinforcement edge,
height at least 35 mm)

 

When filling out the planning sheet, please provide the following information:

B = width of the protective plate
LS = length of the protective part
Number of recesses (if necessary)
Position of the recesses (can be marked on planning sheet page 11)
Length of the guide rails (if necessary)
Order number of the required accessories
Design, quantity, accessories, plate thickness
Color (signal red or crystal clear)
